Job Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior PMO / Junior Digital Project Manager to support both digital project delivery and day-to-day operational execution across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of PMO, product delivery, and operations, ensuring that projects, workflows, and business processes are well-coordinated, tracked, and continuously improved. You will play a key role in supporting agile delivery, maintaining operational efficiency, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities
PMO Governance & Project Delivery Support
- Support the Head of PMO in maintaining governance frameworks, delivery processes, and project standards
- Ensure adherence to agile practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and release cycles
- Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and status reports
- Track progress across projects, enhancements, bugs, and operational initiatives
Project Coordination & Execution Tracking
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Tech teams, Operations, and stakeholders to track deliverables and timelines
- Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and overdue actions, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain clear ownership, accountability, and follow-ups across all workstreams
- Support UAT, release readiness, and post-release tracking
Operations Coordination & Execution
- Support day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient business execution
- Assist in maintaining structured workflows and ensuring adherence across teams
- Act as a central coordination point for operational activities and cross-functional initiatives
- Support sales and customer operations workflows with accurate data and process alignment
Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Identify inefficiencies in project and operational workflows and recommend improvements
- Support standardisation of templates, SOPs, and delivery processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across both PMO and operations
- Help scale processes as the business grows
Backlog, Tools & Systems Management
- Maintain and support the consolidated backlog across products and operational initiatives
- Ensure backlog hygiene (prioritisation, duplication removal, completeness)
- Support tools such as Jira, ClickUp, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), HRIS Systems, AI tools and documentation platforms
- Ensure data accuracy and consistent usage across systems
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports on project and operational performance
- Maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
- Translate complex updates into clear, concise summaries for leadership
- Assist in tracking operational metrics and identifying trends for improvement
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate meetings (e.g., sprint reviews, governance forums, operational check-ins)
- Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned, informed, and accountable
- Act as a bridge between Product, Tech, Operations, Sales, and Support teams
Training & Documentation
- Support onboarding and training on internal tools and systems
- Create user guides, process documentation, and knowledge materials
- Drive adoption and effective usage of business tools across teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in PMO, project coordination, operations, or digital delivery roles
- Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, SaaS, or fast-paced digital environments preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data tracking
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, HubSpot, HRIS Systems, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
- Exposure to crypto, trading platforms, or financial markets
- Understanding of operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives
- Interest in leveraging AI tools for productivity and process improvement
