We are seeking a Head of Product & Project Management Office to lead and scale both the performance of our trading ecosystem and the execution of strategic initiatives across our global operations. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving revenue, profitability, product innovation, and delivery excellence across both crypto and traditional asset classes.
You will operate at the intersection of product strategy and programme execution; owning product P&L, shaping monetisation strategy, and ensuring disciplined delivery of initiatives through a structured PMO framework. This role is suited to a commercially driven product leader who can translate market opportunities into scalable outcomes while ensuring efficient, on-time execution across the organisation.
You will define and execute the monetisation strategy across all trading products, ensuring alignment with business goals, revenue targets, and market positioning. You will continuously refine product direction based on performance insights, competitive dynamics, and evolving market trends.
You will own the full product P&L across crypto and traditional asset offerings—driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and optimising cost structures while maintaining strong unit economics across all product lines.
You will establish and lead the PMO function, ensuring structured planning, prioritisation, and execution of all product and strategic initiatives. You will implement governance frameworks, standardised processes, and reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and efficient delivery across the organisation.
You will lead strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This includes optimising user journeys to improve activation, increase trading activity, and maximise lifetime value, while continuously enhancing product stickiness and overall user experience.
You will design and refine trading fees, spreads, and liquidity incentive structures—balancing competitiveness with revenue optimisation. You will test and evolve pricing strategies in line with market conditions and user behaviour.
You will leverage data and analytics to monitor both product performance and project execution. You will implement structured experimentation and delivery tracking frameworks to continuously optimise outcomes.
You will work closely with Trading, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align product strategy with execution. You will ensure seamless coordination and prioritisation across all business functions through the PMO.
You will support international growth by adapting product and execution strategies across regions, ensuring strong product-market fit whilst maintaining global consistency with local optimisation.
You will lead, mentor, and scale both Product and PMO teams—setting clear KPIs, driving accountability, and building a high-performing, execution-focused organisation.
